Shipping
All our products are shipped from Australia or China and all items are dispatched within 48 hours, any delays at the post office or Customs are outside our control. We only deliver to a home or business address and not G.P.O Boxes. Please allow between 7 to 14 days for delivery (normally much sooner).

Warranty
We sell high quality goods and all electrical products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty anywhere up to 12 months. However if your product is faulty you can return it to the base for repairs or replacement. Buyer to pay for the return and shipping costs and copies of the original docket and tracking number must be provided. The product must be returned in original condition including all its accessories to its place of dispatch as indicated on its packaging.
